I got to sit down with Leslie.  I met her as of recently but have always have known who she is, we grew up in the same town and know a lot of the same people.

I saw on her Instagram she created pieces of art, a lot of them I liked.   I asked her create a piece for the podcast, and she killed it!  Painting  is just one of her passions, we dive into some of her other passions as well.

Santos

Whats up everyone.  I hope all is well with you.  I had an opportunity to sit down with a long time friend, Santos or "San".  I've known Santos for a while but we really didnt solidify our friendship until high school , we played alongside eachother doing work in the trenches he was the left tackle and I the left guard on the Varsity football team.

I've always known San to be the Silent type, the obeserver.  I always envied that trait within him.  Little did i know he was dealing with the trials and tribulations of life.  Through this life he has learned a lot, he has added some tools to his arsenal, and he is here to spread some knowledge.

 

 

So kick back, relax and soak up the wisdom.

Whats up everyone, I hope everyone is well.  I had the opportunity to discuss with Weekly prep with the guys.  Johny and Angel gave a little insight on how we prep for the week.  Honestly everytime we sit down you get to know who we are.  This episode is exactly that.  We all offer diffrent insights and knowledge.  Were always challenging one anothers view, and listening.  If you need a litle guidance and a laugh take a listen. Solo Dolo Ep. 4

Goodevening you Philthy animals,  I hope you all are in good health, and striving for nothing but greatness.  Whatever that may look like to you.  This evening we dive into the wonderful mind of I.  I speak on a movie I recently watched.  Just Mercy, if you haven't seen in, I highly reccomend it.  It tells the story of 1 man in particular faced death, serving his time on death row.  For a murder he did not commit.  It also does a great job to shed light on the system that we hold so high, our justice system.  It helped me understand and see the pain this system and humans can create. 

 

I also talk about not drinking because it usually leads to cocaine and regret.

Good Morning Everyone, Happy Monday.

Im grateful to have had the chance to speak with my good friend Adam.  I met this gentleman at City Famouz Barbershop in Rio Linda about 4 years ago.

Adam sheds light on his Barber journey, he explains as to why he closed Cals Barbershop, which was his Barbershop.  It was fun to sit down across from you brotha, it was genuine laughs.  Will have to do it again.
