Whats up everyone! I had the opportunity to sit down with an old friend/mentor of mine Jesse suarez-Lopez. Hes the owner of Crossfit HyperActive in Salinas Ca. We talk about how we met, talked shop, and I personally had to the opportunity to apologize about how things came to an end at that gym for me. So all in all i was very excited/nervous to record this episode, but by far a long time over due. Enjoy the episode!
