Good morning everyone, we hope all is well in the realm. This past week I got to sit down with Coach Avila from A.V.I.L.A Victory Boxing out of Greenfield CA.
I got to get the full AVB experience, put on some wraps and gloves courtesy of Rigo. Hit pads for a total of like 8 min, In those 8 min I grew a indescribable respect for the sport of boxing.
This journey started in a gargare, providing a space for the youth to learn the skills of boxing, with that comes life skills. This gym is an opportunity for the kids of Greenfield to have a positive outlet that will teach them discipline, dedication, hardwork, and build a healthy person.
We discuss the road to the new gym, and how it all started. We go over the bumps and obstacles that Rigo has encountered. We have company from the ever so famous "Umo" while we record the episode.
